The user knowledge base has a new look!

We've refreshed the User Knowledge Base with a cleaner design that makes it easier to find guides, troubleshoot issues, and get the most out of the app. The new layout features platform-specific tabs (Desktop, Android, iOS), tags, and topics, for quick filtering and an improved search experience.

PRO TIP: Add the Knowledge Base directly inside the Ringotel app

Admins can pin the Knowledge Base as a custom web page inside the Ringotel app so users can access help without ever leaving the application. Here's how to set it up:

  1. In the admin panel, go to connection settings → Features tab → Custom web pages.
  2. Click Add and enter a name (e.g. "Help Center") and the URL: https://kb.ringotel.com.
  3. Click Save changes.
  4. If the users are already logged into the app, they will need to log out and login back again to apply changes.
